Any email sent or subscription associated to your account is counted, regardless of any other condition. For example, we count each email sent regardless of its delivery status.
In general, you own your data and you can export it at any time. For example, you can always export all the email addresses that you collected using Newsletter.page.
You can also update and delete your data using your account features.
Newsletter.page is offered as is without any warranty.
Even if we do our best to follow best practices and offer a reliable service, Newsletter.page - to the extent permitted by law - is not liable for data loss and for lost, delayed or wrong emails.
We make regular backups. However you are responsible for creating backups of your own data. For example, you should periodically download a backup of all your email addresses using the export feature available in the dashboard.
Any claim shall be construed in accordance with the Italian law.
You agree that any dispute arising from or relating to the subject matter of these Terms of Service shall be governed by the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the Italian courts.
An account can be terminated by Newsletter.page for any reason.
Accounts that remain inactive for a long time, may be removed by Newsletter.page.
You can close your account from your account settings after sign in. Any request to terminate your account sent by email or using other means will be ignored for security reasons.
