We are pleased to announce the release of the OpenAPI specification for the Pushpad API.

The Pushpad REST API has long provided a reliable way to:

• Send web push notifications programmatically
• See details and stats for sent notifications
• Manage subscriptions, tags, and segmentation
• Count subscribers
• Create and manage multiple projects (and senders) programmatically
• Integrate notifications easily into your web applications

The API is stable and widely used in production. With the introduction of the OpenAPI specification, we are making it even easier to explore and integrate.

In addition to the existing API documentation, the new OpenAPI specification is available for those who prefer a machine-readable format. The OpenAPI specification is useful for browsing documentation, generating client code, trying requests with interactive tools, or integrating with API tooling.

The new OpenAPI specification is complete and includes: Notifications API, Subscriptions API, Projects API, Senders API.

This is an additive improvement: your current integrations and libraries continue to work as before, with no changes required.

We also want to remind you that Pushpad provides official client libraries to easily send web push notifications from popular languages including Ruby, Python, PHP, Node.js, Java, Go, and more.
