We have just released a new free tool on BuonMenu that makes it much easier to create a printed QR code for your digital menu. Many of you asked for a quick way to design something ready to print and place on tables.

With this new tool, you can:

• Enter the link to your online menu
• Add a heading (for example “QR Code Menu”) and a subheading (such as your restaurant name)
• Customize the footer with a short message (like “Scan the QR code to read the menu”)
• Adjust the paper size in millimeters to match your preferred format (business cards or similar formats are usually the most common)
• Choose a background color that fits your restaurant’s style

Once you are happy with the result, you can download the file and print it (on your own printer or through an online service such as Vistaprint). The design is simple, clear, and optimized for scanning on any smartphone.

This tool is completely free and available to everyone, whether you are already using BuonMenu or just trying it out.
